Strange fruit

Mango treeTrees laden with fruit behind the high wall of a villa.  The soft, green skin will soon turn to orange.  They are mangoes.  It is the only mango tree I have ever seen in Dubai.  If they grow this well why doesn’t everyone grow them?  Why aren’t they in every garden?  I tried to pick one. I couldn’t reach.
